Workshops/Seminars

Each fall, The Ohio State Society of Enrolled Agents (OSSEA) gathers for a two and a half-day seminar, featuring top national speakers. A variety of topics provide tax practitioners with important information on both preparation and representation issues. You won’t want to miss this valuable opportunity to network with practitioners from across the state!

PTI Individual 1040 Tax Conferences

Attend a PTI speaking and networking event for a way to earn continuing education from some of the most experienced accounting speakers in the business. Each event is a great way to learn about legal and practice updates and to network with other industry professionals. Our conferences do not require prerequisites or advanced preparation. PTI courses follow the “lecture and case studies” format. Our two-day, 16-hour course is intended to expand the attendee’s knowledge in the areas of taxation and accounting. We believe the “practitioner to practitioner” approach is the most effective way to provide quality CPE.

CATA Workshop – Columbus Area Tax Administrators

The Greater Ohio Association of Tax Administrators (GOATA) holds an annual half day workshop, usually in January or February, to speak to practitioners on issues impacting the tax districts in the Columbus area.
